Our policy for returns: We will replace free of charge any disk that does not play in a NTSC region 1 DVD player with another disk in kind free of charge. If it is a used disk it may have a scratch, generally we clean and repair any defects and then check the disk to see that it plays. We ask only that if you have a disk that is giving you a problem please try it in another DVD player before returning it. Some of the very cheap DVD players on the market are the problem not the disks, but we admit we miss one once in a while and will be more than happy to replace it for you, after we receive and test your disk. Our disk return address is: Replace DVD, 6459 Aiken Road, Lockport, NY 14094. You must include in the package a legible return address and order number. We cant send them back if we cant read your writing, typed is preferred!.
Shipping time: From the day you order your set from us to the time you receive delivery can be from two to six weeks. As soon as your order page says "pending" it means your order has been forwarded to the manufacturer. Why two to six weeks? They have to ship it from the country of origin, it has to clear their outgoing customs; it has to be received by your country and clear customs. Then if you live in the United States, the United States Post Office will have to deliver it. All parcels require a signature. Keep in mind we buy disks from all over the world, also we stock many of these disks, but mostly the used disks and they will ship faster since they are on location. Most of the box sets come from over 10 suppliers and they need time to process your order. We hope the savings will always be worth the wait.
The Contract You Signed to Purchase From Our Site: In the rare event that you get a totally bad set we will replace it, once we have received it back at our store. We will never refund or replace any disks that we have not received back at our store. If you return a box set and it is not defective but you still want a refund, if it is unopened we will do so with a 15% restocking fee. If it is opened we have to charge a 25% restocking fee since we can not resell it as new. Please include instruction in your package. Typed is preferred.
If you have a problem seeing an item click on the image and a large .jpg picture will become available. This larger window will open giving you an even better view of the item. You can of course enlarge the image with your viewer. There is never a reason you should be able to say "it is not as described" or "You thought you bought something else" if you can read English and have normal eyesight. We warrant that all disks will play in NTSC Region 1 DVD players in English, some of the foreign sets will have non English writing, most have English and Aramaic (American) numbering. Any subtitles can be turned off with the remote for your DVD Player. If you do not know how to turn off subtitles consult your DVD player manual. You further agree to initiate no charge backs with any credit card company without first returning our merchandise to us in good and serviceable condition. In the event that our merchandise is not returned, or obviously copied, or you can not supply proof of our receipt, any charge back attempt will be null and void. Should you be able to receive a charge back with out first returning our product we will turn the sale over to legal collection and if it is not returned the collection attempt will appear on your credit report! We will also report you to your credit card agency as a fraudulent abuser of their card.
