Shipping and Returns Policy:Replacement disks or sets: All sets are special order and may not be returned if opened. Since each set is special ordered, your credit card is billed the day you order. Orders may not be canceled because each item is a special order. We will replace free of charge any defective disks that may be contained in any set at no charge to you, once you return them to us for replacement. We will do this for up to six months. To replace defective disks, return them to us at SciFiBoxSets, 6459 Aiken Road, Lockport, NY 14094. You must include a legible name and return address with zip code with your return. Once we receive the defective disks we have to order them, receive them, and ship them to you. Please be patient. Shipping time: From the day you order your set from us to the time you receive delivery can be from two to six weeks. As soon as your order page says "pending" it means your order has been forwarded to the manufacturer. Why two to six weeks? They have to ship it from the country of origin, it has to clear their outgoing customs; it has to be received by your country and clear customs. Then if you live in the United States, the United States Post Office will have to deliver it. All parcels require a signature. How do I track my package: We have set up a tracking link so you can track your package. You need to put in the phone number you used when placing your order. Keep in mind that your tracking will not show up until at least 10 days after your order says pending, and it has entered into the United States Postal Service tracking system. Do not include holidays or any day that USPS would not deliver, like Sunday, holidays, emergency snow days etc. http://shoppersupport.info/search.htm The Contract You Signed to Purchase From Our Site: In the rare event that you get a totally bad set we will replace it once we have received it back at our store. If the package is opened we will not take a return as we can not legally resell the set because once you open it, it becomes used. If you still want a refund we will charge a 25% restocking fee. If any of the disks have been copied illegally we will not refund you for any reason. You must contact us by the contact link below prior to return. No return that is not authorized will be accepted. Disks for replacement need no prior authorization. We will replace any defective disk free of charge, period. So in effect, there is never a reason for a set to be returned. Our site is very descriptive and all items are fully described and what you see is what you get. If you have a problem seeing an item click on the image and a large .jpg picture will become available. This larger window will open giving you an even better view of the item. You can of course enlarge the image with your viewer. There is never a reason you should be able to say "it is not as described" or "You thought you bought something else" if you can read English and have normal eyesight. We warrant that all disks will play in NTSC Region 1 DVD players in English, some of the foreign sets will have non English writing, most have English and Aramaic (American) numbering. Any subtitles can be turned off with the remote for your DVD Player. If you do not know how to turn off subtitles consult your DVD player manual or consult our website. You further agree to initiate no charge backs with any credit card company without first returning our merchandise to us in good and serviceable condition, unopened. In the event that our merchandise is not returned or it is opened, or obviously copied, or you can not supply proof of our receipt, any charge back attempt will be null and void. Each item is a special order and can take up to 2 to 6 weeks to receive. In the rare event of a back order, we process it the moment we receive it. Please be patient, one of the reasons you receive such a low price on our site is because we don't carry a big stock. In the event that you disregard this agreement and send a set back without authorization, you will be subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee. To get authorization, use the contact link below and request authorization from us using the contact form. By reading this page or purchasing from this site, you are agreeing to our terms, and agree to abide by them. They are binding and any situations that should arise will be governed by them. We will never accept for return an opened set, although we will replace defective disks for up to six months free of charge once we receive them.
