How can I view my orders Pending/Shipped?

To view a list of your orders, simply go to the site you purchased from and click on the "My Account" link that is on the top right section of every cart page. Once you log in there, you will be able to see the status of all your previous orders.

We have set up a tracking link so you can track your package. You need to put in the phone number you used when placing your order. Keep in mind that your tracking will not show up until at least 10 days after your order says pending, and it has entered into the United States Postal Service tracking system. Do not include holidays or any day that USPS would not deliver, like Sunday, holidays, emergency snow days etc.

What credit cards do the DVD Sites accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for orders. The name of the company that appears on your credit card bill for your DVD's may vary and be something slightly different from the site you ordered from. However, it will be very similar and you should easily be able to tell what the charge was for. If you have any question about the charge on your credit card, contact us by Clicking Here.

What happens when I submit my credit card? Is my information secure?

Your credit card information is sent directly and securely to Authorize.net, one of the largest (if not "THE LARGEST") online credit card processors. We never see or store your credit card information on our server, so security of your information is never in question. Hackers would gain nothing by breaking into our server, since we store no credit card information there. We leave your security up to the world's top experts in the field of credit card processing.

I don't have a credit card, are there other payment options?

No, to keep costs at a discount level, we only process orders online.

My credit card has been declined, what does this mean?

Should your credit card be declined,  this means that your bank has rejected our request to debit your credit card for a number of possible reasons. Some of these include: incorrect expiration date, insufficient funds, cancelled card, incorrect billing address, cvv number or some other reason.

Why can't I find the title I want?

Our database is updated on a daily basis and is as accurate and up-to-date as the information provided to us (and as quickly as we can keep up with it). If you search for a title and it doesn't appear, then try back again.

Will your DVD's play in my country?

All DVD's are formatted in NTSC and encoded for Region 1 (for the USA and North America) or Region 0 (will play anywhere in the world) unless stated otherwise on our websites. Please refer to the next topic for details on region encoding.

What are the "regions"?

A security system introduced to DVD at the request of Hollywood's major studios to ensure that DVD's released and sold in one region will not play on DVD machines in other regions. Movie distributors therefore maintain control over release dates of their films, as well as enabling discs to be produced that conform to different censorship laws, language and subtitle requirements. When a DVD disc is manufactured, a region code is applied at the authoring stage such that the final disc will play only on those players distributed in the designated world region.

There are 6 regions throughout the world:

Region 1 - Canada, United States and its Territories
Region 2 - Japan, Europe, South Africa and the Middle East
Region 3 - Southeast Asia and East Asia
Region 4 - Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Central and South America
Region 5 - Indian Subcontinent, Former Soviet Union and Africa
Region 6 - China

Our website will list all the regions a particular DVD is compatible with.

In the instance of a Region 0 or Region All title, the item page will list "1,2,3,4,5,6" as the region encoding.

Regional codes are optional for the makers of DVD discs themselves. The encryption system on each disc is the same which leads to the next question.

My disc won't work!

Quite often the cause of this can be due to discs that have been handled incorrectly (i.e.. fingerprints or scratches on the read surface, discs forcibly removed from their casing causing cracks). It is most unusual for a disc to be faulty in any way when manufactured. There are rare instances of faulty batches which usually result in product recalls. It is therefore imperative that you check for any of these problems before contacting us.

Occasionally discs have been found to not be compatible with certain DVD players which is why we encourage our customers to first check any problem discs on another brand of player.

Failing all of the above options, please contact us by Clicking Here.

I have forgotten my user name/password.

To reset your password and have your login details sent to you via email, go to the website you ordered from and click on the "My Account" link that is on the top right section of every cart page. On the next page, under the "Returning Customers" section, click the "Password forgotten? Click here." link and follow the instructions to receive the reset password information. If you do not receive this email, it is possible that you accidentally misspelled or entered the wrong email address when initially registering, which may also be why you are having trouble logging in. Also check your "junk email box" if you have any type of spam filter installed or working with your email. As a very last resort, contact us. You can do that by Clicking Here. We DO NOT have access to your password since it is encrypted, so please follow the above instructions and contact us about this only as a very last resort.

How do I change my details?

To update your contact details and edit your preferences, simply go to the site you purchased from and click on the "My Account" link that is on the top right section of every cart page. You can then log in and click the link which is appropriate for the information you would like to change.

Will DVD's play on my computer?

Most DVD's play back on your home computer or laptop provided you have a DVD-ROM drive which is compatible with the region encoding of the disc. Most computer monitors will display both the NTSC and PAL signals. We do however advise you check your manual for verification before you proceed with purchase of DVD's.
